Problem: Inventory Already Shipped
When scanning a tag from Physical Inventory on Finished Part Allocation [S4046], you get a warning that the inventory item has already shipped.
Scenario
While scanning items in inventory to ship, you may have scanned erroneously selected an item as shipped. This means that the item that was incorrectly selected to ship is in your physical inventory but OnRamp has is registered as shipped.
Solution
Use Serial Reconciliation [S4067] to reconcile the physical inventory with the database inventory by scanning the item that is appearing as already shipped and matching it to existing inventory.

To reconcile the serial numbers in inventory:
-
Navigate to the Serial Reconciliation [S4067] screen.
-
Scan the item from physical inventory that OnRamp has listed as shipped. The item will appear in the lower frame on the Resolve Shipped tab.
-
Scan ALL of your physical inventory for the same part until all that remains in the bottom grid are items
-
Click I Scanned Everything.
Result
OnRamp will match items that have been Scanned But Shipped with Not scanned but in inventory, thus clearing the incorrectly shipped items.
Notes
-
The quantity shipped must match the quantity on hand.
