Manage Shop Schedule Groups

Use the Shop Schedule Groups [S2595] screen to add, edit, copy, or delete schedule groups and assign or remove work centers from schedule groups.

Step 1 - Add a schedule group:

  1. Navigate to the Shop Schedule Groups [S2595] screen.

  2. On the screen task bar, click Add.

  3. Enter the desired information.

  4. Click Save.

Step 2 - Add work centers to the group:

  1. On Shop Schedule Group, with the group selected, click on the Work Centers in Schedule Group frame.

  2. Under Add Work Center, select the desired work center.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Click Save.

Result

You have added the work center to the schedule group.

Notes

  • To action a previously created item, select the item and click the desired mode: Edit, Copy, or Delete.

  • Use the buttons by the Queue Shifts to clear the set shift value.
  • A schedule group can consist of just one work center.

  • Change the value in the Order field to update the work center scheduling order.

  • While in Browse mode, with the Work Centers in Schedule Group frame selected, you can action work centers attached to the schedule group:

    • To remove the work center from the group, click Remove.

    • To open the Work Center Availability [S2809] screen, click Availability.
