Reset User Passwords

Use the Manage Users [S2398] screen to force users to reset their password when starting up OnRamp.

To reset user passwords:

Navigate to the Manage Users [S2398] screen. If required, enter the administrator password.
Select the desired User.
On the screen task bar, click Edit.
In the Force Password Reset field, click to toggle the value to X.
Click Save.
In the Change Password field, enter a new password for the user that will be sent to them as their temporary password.
Click Change.

Result

You have added a new temporary password and flag the user account to force a password change on sign in.
