Review Open MDRs

Vendors can use the Open MDRs That Required Corrective Action [R5049] report to review, export, print, and email a list of material deficiency reports Material Deficiency Reports, or MDR, are reports filled out to describe item issues that are returned to you, or by you to a vendor. that have been created for material supplied to their customer and require corrective action.

To review MDRs:

Navigate to the Open MDRs That Required Corrective Action [R5049] report.
The report will automatically pull all MDRs for the current date. Click Set Criteria to add any filters.
Click Generate.

Result

Your MDR list is displayed. Click the desired button (Save, Export, Email, or Print) to action the report.
