Reply to MDR
Use the Material Deficiency Reports (MDR) [S1002] screen to view and reply to material deficiency reports placed by your customers.

To reply to a deficiency report:

Navigate to the Material Deficiency Reports (MDR) [S1002] screen.

To filter the list of orders, select the desired Status, Part, and MDR Number.

Click on the desired MDR.

On the screen task bar, click Edit.

Update the required information.

Click Save.
Result
You have replied to the MDR.
