Create Work Center Groups

On the Work Center Master [S1019] screen, you can create a work center group, which can be associated to any new or existing work centers.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for this process.

To add a work center group:

  1. Navigate to the Work Center Master [S1019] screen.

  2. On the screen task bar, click Add.

  3. Enter the desired information.

  4. In the WC Type field, select GRP.

  5. If required, select the different tabs to enter more information related to the work center department.

  6. Click Save.

Result

You have created a work center group.

To add the work center group to a work center:

  1. Navigate to the Work Center Master [S1019] screen.

  2. Select the desired work center.

  3. On the screen task bar, click Edit.

  4. In the Parent field, select the desired work center group.

  5. If required, select the different tabs to edit more information related to the work center.

  6. Click Save.

Result

You have associated the work center to the work center group.
