Management codes are the position for the auditor. For positions with multiple users, such as supervisor, you can also add the name of the person in the description to simplify assigning and reporting on the LPAClosed Layered process audit, or LPA, is a quality technique that focuses on observing and validating how products are made, rather than inspecting finished products. LPAs are not confined to the Quality Department, but involve all employees in the auditing process. .
The Layer field is used in reporting to sort the management position and has no impact on the audit.

  1. Navigate to the Layered Audit Codes [S1728] screen.

  2. Select the Management Codes frame.

  3. On the screen task bar, click Add.

  4. Enter the desired information.

The Max No of Items field allows you to set the maximum number of audits that can be assigned to this auditor per audit release cycle.
